What can be returned, and how.
Digital products & subscriptions
Because courses, guides, and Library access are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If something isn't working or you were charged in error, contact Support@conjurecompass.institute and we will help.
You can cancel a Library Card subscription at any time from your account. You keep access through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Physical items
Unused physical items in their original condition may be returned within X days] of delivery. To start a return, email [Support@conjurecompass.institute with your order number.
- Return shipping is [the customer's / our] responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X business days] of us receiving the item.
Consumables, and anything prepared or blessed to order, may not be eligible for return. When that is the case, it will be noted on the product page.
